Data collected
The data you send us through our forms (contact, quote request, white paper download) and during our exchanges: surname, first name, email address, telephone, and information relating to your travel plans (dates, tour, number of travellers, budget).
Purposes and legal bases
Answering your enquiries and preparing a quote: pre-contractual measures taken at your request. Managing the customer relationship and performing the contract: performance of the contract. Sending you information and offers (including the white paper and the newsletter): your consent.
Recipients
Your data is processed by Aura Provence and its technical subcontractors: website hosting (Lovable), customer relationship management (HubSpot), appointment booking (Calendly), messaging (WhatsApp). Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention periods
Booking data: 5 years. Prospecting and marketing data: 3 years from the last contact. Card payment data: not retained beyond the transaction (15 months maximum where applicable, security code never retained).
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data. To exercise them, write to info@auraprovence.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
